My First time in a Museum.

I had heard the quote before,  “A museum is like an iceberg,” which means that most of what they have is

hidden away from the public.  Not because they want to hide anything.  It’s about space restrictions and

fragile artifacts; they need to stay in storage, away from public view.  I was told they have over 60,000

pieces in their collection, and I was very impressed with the quality of the 10% or so I was able to see.

I’m so excited to see more of their iceberg!
